      We know that every dog is special as well as unique. We take the extra time with each animal to ensure that they are well cared for while at the Spa. Different breeds take different amounts of time to properly groom.

 Our grooming and styling services are as different as your pet!

  We groom under 35 pounds breeds only.

    A WARM BATH AND HAND DRYED.

    THE PRICES RANGE BY SIZE AND THEY  START AT

    $25 FOR PUPPIES

    $28 AND UP FOR ADULTS SMALL DOGS DEPENDING ON COAT CONDITION, LENGTH AND BREED.

    MEDIUM BREEDS START AT $35

    LARGE BREEDS STARTS AT (Sorry we no longer groom dogs over 35 pounds.)

    • Toys up to 10' start at $40

    • Miniatures up to 15' start at $45

    • Standard size 15 1/2' and up (Sorry we no longer groom dogs over 35 pounds)

     Any dog that needs to be shaved down due to excessive matting of the coat will be charged double the price of the regular haircut for the breed.

     THIS IS DUE TO THE DANGER OF THE COAT AND THE SKIN BEING SO CLOSE TOGETHER. WE HAVE TO SHAVE VERY SLOWLY TO CUT THE MATT AWAY FROM THE SKIN, WITH OUT HURTING THE SKIN OR IRRITATING IT.



    We reserve the right to stop     the grooming process if a dog's behavioral problems endangers them or us.

    We will not groom hostile/fear biters or difficult to handle pets.

    There will be an extra charge of $5.00 for every 15 minutes of waiting time, for pets left after closing hours.

                 De matting expert. $1.00 per minute.

     

  • GOT TANGLES IN THE HAIR

    TICA SPECIALTY IS DE TANGLING DOG HAIR, IS A SLOW PROCESS, ,AND IT HAS TO BE DONE CORRECTLY, IF NOT YOU ARE IN DANGER OF IRRITATING THE SKIN.....THE PROCESS COST $1.00 PER MINUTE.

WARNING!!!!!!

 Some of this pictures are upsetting. In over 20 years of experience this dog's condition was one of the worst I've ever seen to date. He came in with open wounds on his face and body from goo stuck to his eyes. The matts being so tight to the skin cause redness and irritation almost like a really bad diaper rash. He was in pain with every move he made. He was a rescue found on the street by his new owners who took him straight to a vet for vaccinations and check up. He was then brought to me for grooming.


The only thing we could do was shave him really slowly, making sure to stop every 15 minutes to give him a break and some love in between the sessions. Making it a very long and dangerous process for the pet. And some times us too! After his grooming he was brought back to the vet to tend to his medical needs.

We are happy to say he and his new owners are doing great and looking marvelous!
